This 6mm Mini 450nm 50mW Blue Laser Diode Module is custom-built for PM2.5 sensors, standing out with its ultra-slim 6mm diameter—perfect for fitting into the compact optical chambers of miniaturized PM2.5 detection devices, no extra space wasted.
This blue laser diode module emits 450nm blue laser, a wavelength optimized for scattering detection of tiny PM2.5 particles. The 50mW stable output ensures consistent light intensity, so the sensor can accurately capture particle scattering signals, avoiding false readings from unstable light sources.
For PM2.5 sensor integration, this Mini Blue Laser Diode Module has clear advantages. It’s compatible with mainstream sensor optical structures, matching the power systems of most portable or fixed PM2.5 detectors. Its lightweight design (only 2-3g) also prevents putting extra load on sensor components.
This 6mm Mini 450nm 50mW Blue Laser Diode Module works reliably in common sensor operating environments: -10℃ to 50℃ temperature range and 30%-80% humidity, adapting to indoor/outdoor detection scenarios. The module’s sealed optical lens resists dust accumulation—critical for maintaining detection accuracy, as dust on the lens would interfere with PM2.5 particle recognition.
Note: When assembling the PM2.5 sensor, avoid touching the module’s lens with your fingers. Keep the laser emission direction aligned with the sensor’s photodetector; misalignment will reduce detection precision. Also, avoid direct eye exposure to the 450nm blue laser during installation.
