BU-LASER offers this industrial-grade 450nm 40W blue laser module with collimated parallel beam. It adopts multi-chip combined laser diodes, high-precision glass collimating lens group, built-in 24V constant current PWM driver and dual-fan active air cooling system. The module delivers stable 40W continuous optical output with low beam divergence, consistent energy distribution and long-term power stability. It is widely used for laser curing, laser engraving, precision cutting, SLA 3D printing and galvanometer scanning processing equipment.
The 450nm ±3nm blue laser has excellent absorption efficiency for resin, plastic, wood, acrylic and non-ferrous metals such as copper and aluminum. The narrow spectral linewidth reduces stray light, ensuring clean processing edges and uniform curing effect without material yellowing or carbonization.
It provides real 40W CW optical power with 0–40W stepless power regulation. No power attenuation occurs under long-time heavy-duty work, maintaining consistent processing quality for mass production.
Equipped with multi-element anti-reflection glass collimating lens group. The beam divergence is controlled below 0.2 degree. The beam has no central hot spot, and the energy distribution is even across the whole light field. The focused spot is less than 0.2mm, which meets the requirements of fine cutting and high-precision light curing.
Wide input voltage of DC 24V (22–26V), compatible with most industrial equipment power supply systems. It supports high-frequency PWM modulation with 0–100% duty cycle and fast signal response. The driving circuit is fully integrated inside the housing, realizing plug-and-play installation without additional driver boards. It can be perfectly linked with galvanometers, controllers and CNC systems.
Dual high-speed cooling fans match high-density aluminum fin heat sink. The heat generated by the laser diode is quickly dissipated under full 40W power. No water cooling system is needed, which saves installation space and eliminates risks such as water leakage and pipeline blockage. The module can work continuously and stably in an ambient temperature range of 0℃~50℃.
