High Power 435nn 60W Blue Laser Module for Laser Cutting Machine BU-LASER proudly presents the High Power 435nm 60W Blue Laser Module, an industrial-grade optical light source exclusively engineered for professional laser cutting machines. Designed with an integrated air cooling system and 24V PWM driver, this module delivers a stable 60W continuous-wave (CW) output, ultra-fine beam quality, and seamless integration with CNC laser cutting equipment. It is specifically optimized for high-precision cutting and engraving of thin metals, non-metallic materials, and composite materials, solving the pain points of low absorption rate, poor cutting quality, and complex cooling systems of traditional infrared lasers. With its rugged structure, reliable performance, and plug-and-play design, it has become the ideal core component for small to medium-sized industrial laser cutting machines, DIY CNC cutting equipment, and custom processing lines.
The 435nm (±5nm tolerance) deep blue wavelength boasts significant advantages over traditional 450nm blue lasers and 1064nm infrared lasers. It achieves 3–5 times higher absorption rate on non-ferrous metals such as copper, aluminum, and stainless steel, eliminating the need for additional coating or pre-treatment before cutting. For non-metallic materials, including acrylic (PMMA), solid wood, plywood, leather, and fabric, the 435nm blue light ensures clean, burr-free cutting edges with minimal carbonization, no yellowing, and no scorch marks—greatly improving the finish quality of processed products and reducing post-processing costs.
With a narrow spectral linewidth (≤5nm FWHM) and pure beam output, there is no stray light interference, ensuring consistent energy distribution and precise cutting accuracy, even for fine patterns and narrow kerfs.
Equipped with genuine high-power 435nm laser diodes, the module delivers 60W real optical power (not electrical power) in CW mode, with stepless power adjustment from 0–60W. This high power enables efficient cutting of various materials, significantly improving processing efficiency compared to low-power laser modules. The beam quality parameter ensures a focused spot size of 0.15–0.2mm, enabling ultra-fine cutting and high-precision engraving, which is suitable for processing intricate parts, delicate patterns, and small-sized workpieces.
Unlike traditional high-power laser modules that require complex water cooling systems, this module adopts an integrated high-efficiency air cooling design—featuring dual 6000RPM high-speed fans and a thickened anodized aluminum alloy heat sink with large-area cooling fins.
The air cooling system supports 24/7 non-stop continuous operation in industrial environments, with a working temperature range of 0°C ~ 50°C. It is maintenance-free, dust-proof, and noise-controlled, avoiding the risks of water leakage, pipeline blockage, and high maintenance costs associated with water cooling systems, making it more suitable for small workshops, DIY studios, and industrial production lines with limited space.
The module is integrated with a 24V DC constant current driver and a standard PWM modulation function, achieving true plug-and-play integration. It supports an input voltage of 24V DC, with a typical operating current of 8.5A @ 60W output, which is compatible with the power supply system of mainstream CNC laser cutting machines and DIY CNC equipment.
The PWM modulation supports 0–100% duty cycle, fully compatible with TTL and analog control signals. It can be directly connected to CNC control cards (such as GRBL, Mach3) and laser cutting software (such as LightBurn), enabling real-time power adjustment according to cutting speed, material thickness, and processing requirements, realizing flexible and efficient processing.
