This 808nm 60mW Infrared Line Laser Module is tailor-made for robot vacuum cleaners, focusing on precise navigation and obstacle avoidance to elevate cleaning efficiency.
It emits an 808nm infrared laser—an invisible wavelength that won’t interfere with home environments or pets. With 60mW stable output, it projects a sharp, uniform laser lineto act as a reliable detection reference.
In robot vacuum cleaners, this module works with built-in sensors to map indoor spaces and identify obstacles. The infrared line’s strong anti-ambient light interference (resists sunlight and room lights) ensures accurate detection of small barriers (e.g., chair legs, power cords) and edge gaps (e.g., stairs, floor crevices), preventing collisions or falls.
It integrates seamlessly with mainstream robot vacuum systems: supports TTL control signals for easy synchronization with the cleaner’s mainboard. Its compact design (diameter ≤10mm) fits into the cleaner’s bottom or side frame without affecting movement.
