The 3V D9mm 635nm 5mW Red Grid Laser Module—a miniaturized high-precision optical component exclusively optimized for laser scanning scenarios (portable contour scanning, flatness detection scanning, small part 3D scanning auxiliary, industrial vision scanning positioning). Highlighted by a D9 mm ultra-compact cylindrical package, 3V single low-voltage power supply, and a high-uniformity red grid laser output, this module features low power consumption, easy embedded integration, and stable Class 2 safe output. It delivers a clear, distortion-free grid laser surface array for laser scanning, realizing fast area positioning and high-precision contour sampling of scanned workpieces, and is perfectly adapted to the compact space and battery-powered characteristics of portable/handheld laser scanning equipment.
Adopts standard D9mm cylindrical metal housing (length only 20mm for standard version), the mainstream miniaturized package for portable laser scanning equipment. The slim cylindrical structure fits the narrow internal routing/optical cavity of handheld scanners, pen-type scanning detectors, and small industrial vision scanners, without occupying extra space or affecting the equipment's lightweight design.
Integrated all-in-one structural design: internal optical components (grating + focus lens) and laser diode are tightly fixed in the metal cylinder, with no external accessories, avoiding assembly errors during integration. The end face is a sealed optical window with anti-reflective coating, which is dustproof and scratch-resistant, adapting to the frequent movement and on-site use of scanning equipment.
