A multi-line laser usually refers to a laser module capable of emitting multiple lines simultaneously. Through appropriate optical path design and control, this laser achieves multiple parallel line laser spot output through DOE gratings. It is usually used in specific application scenarios, such as structured light systems, handheld 3D scanners, 3D reconstruction and other fields.
The 99 Intersecting Laser Lines 450nm 1.6W Blue Multi-Line Laser Module—a 3D scanner dedicated high-precision optical component optimized for industrial 3D scanning, reverse engineering, product quality inspection, and 3D modeling. Adopting a scientific 49+49+1 cross array line layout, 450nm blue light high-contrast optimization, and 1.6W high-power stable output, this module delivers ultra-uniform, high-straightness, and equidistant laser line arrays, ensuring high-precision point cloud acquisition and accurate 3D reconstruction for 3D scanners (desktop/industrial grade). It perfectly solves the pain points of uneven laser lines, blurred edges, and low contrast in traditional multi-line laser modules for 3D scanning.
Scientific cross layout: 1 central vertical reference cross line + 49 equidistant parallel lines on each side (left/right), forming a 99-line high-density intersecting laser array. The central cross line provides absolute positioning reference for 3D scanning, avoiding cumulative errors of point cloud stitching; the bilateral 49-line equidistant distribution ensures uniform point cloud sampling, improving the accuracy of 3D model reconstruction.
Ultra-high line quality indicators: hLine straightness is high, line spacing uniformity ≥85%. No line skewing, or disconnection, eliminating point cloud distortion and missing caused by laser line defects during 3D scanning.
450nm blue light core optimization for 3D scanning: Compared with red laser, 450nm blue light has higher reflection contrast on most industrial material surfaces (metal, plastic, ceramic, wood, composite materials, etc.), especially on high-gloss metal and dark matte surfaces, effectively avoiding laser line overexposure/underexposure and ensuring clear imaging of the scanner's industrial camera.
1.6W high-power balanced output: The total power of 99 lines is uniformly distributed, with single-line power matching the camera's exposure speed of 3D scanners (supporting up to 120fps high-speed scanning). The effective scanning distance of 0.1–3m covers the working range of most desktop/industrial-grade 3D scanners; the blue laser line has high naked-eye visibility and no interference with the scanner's optical filter system.
Narrow spectral linewidth (≤5nm FWHM): Avoids chromatic aberration of the 3D scanner's imaging lens, ensuring the laser line edge is sharp and clear, and the point cloud edge extraction is more accurate.
Integrated micro-optical grating + cylindrical lens group: Adopting high-precision glass optical components (no plastic lens aging), the laser line is shaped in one step, with uniform line width at the effective scanning distance, no middle thickening or edge fading, and the scanner camera can collect clear laser line features at any position.
Low divergence angle optimized design: Ensures the laser line array does not expand excessively at long scanning distances, maintaining consistent line spacing and line width, and the 3D scanning precision is not reduced due to the increase of working distance.
