Built around genuine high-power 405nm UV laser diode, high-efficiency fiber coupling system, precise temperature control with water cooling, this module delivers stable 20W continuous UV output, uniform fiber-transmitted energy, and perfect spectral matching with mainstream 405nm photosensitive resins. It completely solves the bottlenecks of low power, slow curing, uneven surface, and short lamp life of traditional LED DLP light sources, realizing ultra-fast printing speed, large-format build volume, high layer resolution, and 24/7 continuous mass production for industrial DLP 3D printers.
405nm ±3nm pure UV wavelength is the universal absorption peak of all commercial UV photosensitive resins (standard desktop/industrial tough resin, ceramic resin, castable resin, flexible resin, high-temperature resistant resin).
Ultra-narrow spectral linewidth ≤4nm FWHM, no redundant visible light stray light, ≥92% resin photochemical reaction efficiency, instant resin polymerization, minimal residual uncured monomer inside printed parts, greatly improving mechanical strength, dimensional accuracy, and surface finish of finished prints.
Superior to 385nm UV: better fiber transmission efficiency, less UV attenuation in air, wider resin compatibility, and no resin yellowing after curing.
