BU-LASER presents the 375nm 12W high-power water-cooled UV fiber-coupled diode laser module, a professional deep-ultraviolet light source specially developed for high-precision Laser Direct Imaging (LDI), PCB maskless exposure, semiconductor micro-patterning and high-sensitivity photoresist processing. Equipped with original 375nm UV laser diode, precision optical coupling structure,and high-efficiency water cooling unit, this module outputs stable 12W continuous-wave laser via fiber. It features detachable fiber design, outstanding spectral purity and ultra-low power drift. It is the optimal light source for advanced industrial manufacturing scenarios that demand high resolution, high production efficiency and consistent exposure performance.

1. 375nm Deep-UV Wavelength: Perfect Matching for Photoresist

  • 375nm ±3nm central deep UV wavelength carries higher photon energy compared to common 405nm UV lasers, delivering stronger absorption for positive/negative photoresists, dry film photoresists and special imaging resins.

  • Achieves faster exposure speed, sharper line edges (LER ≤6μm) and higher imaging contrast, with no substrate yellowing after exposure. Greatly suitable for ultra-fine circuit, HDI board and flexible PCB fabrication.

  • Narrow spectral linewidth (≤3nm FWHM) effectively suppresses stray light, realizing high-fidelity pattern transfer.

2. 12W High Power Output: Remarkably Improved Production Throughput

  • Delivers 12W stable CW optical power at fiber end, with high energy density for exposure work surface. It improves processing efficiency by 50%~70% compared with conventional 5W/8W 375nm laser modules, supporting large-format substrates up to 500×500mm and thick photoresist exposure.


3. Detachable Fiber Structure: Flexible Use & Easy Maintenance

  • Detachable fiber design: The output fiber can be quickly disassembled and replaced without professional tools. It facilitates on-site maintenance, fiber cleaning and replacement when the fiber is worn, contaminated or damaged.

  • Supports flexible layout of optical path: Users can match fiber with different lengths or core diameters according to actual equipment structure and working distance, greatly improving equipment adaptability.

  • Standard high-precision optical connector ensures low insertion loss and stable coupling performance after repeated plugging and unplugging, no energy attenuation or beam distortion.

4. Precision Fiber Coupling: Uniform Energy Transmission

  • Equipped with 800μm UV-resistant low-OH multimode silica fiber (NA=0.22) with anti-UV aging cladding.

  • High-efficiency optical coupling system, coupling efficiency ≥80%. The fiber output beam features uniformity ≥95%, which can form ideal flat-top illumination after matched beam shaping components.

  • Standard SMA-905 connector (FC/PC optional); standard fiber length 2m, customizable from 1m to 5m, equipped with UV-resistant anti-kink protective sleeve.

5. Industrial Water Cooling System: 24/7 Continuous Stable Operation

  • solution of high-flow active water cooling. Under full-power operation, the laser diode junction temperature is steadily maintained at 35±2°C.

  • Completely avoids thermal drift, power attenuation and wavelength shift caused by heat accumulation. Supports long-term non-stop industrial production.

  • Standard G1/4 leak-proof water interface, with flow and pressure monitoring function. It will trigger alarm and automatically cut off laser output once cooling abnormality is detected, to protect the laser diode and optical components.
