BU-LASER presents the 375nm 12W high-power water-cooled UV fiber-coupled diode laser module, a professional deep-ultraviolet light source specially developed for high-precision Laser Direct Imaging (LDI), PCB maskless exposure, semiconductor micro-patterning and high-sensitivity photoresist processing. Equipped with original 375nm UV laser diode, precision optical coupling structure,and high-efficiency water cooling unit, this module outputs stable 12W continuous-wave laser via fiber. It features detachable fiber design, outstanding spectral purity and ultra-low power drift. It is the optimal light source for advanced industrial manufacturing scenarios that demand high resolution, high production efficiency and consistent exposure performance.
375nm ±3nm central deep UV wavelength carries higher photon energy compared to common 405nm UV lasers, delivering stronger absorption for positive/negative photoresists, dry film photoresists and special imaging resins.
Achieves faster exposure speed, sharper line edges (LER ≤6μm) and higher imaging contrast, with no substrate yellowing after exposure. Greatly suitable for ultra-fine circuit, HDI board and flexible PCB fabrication.
Narrow spectral linewidth (≤3nm FWHM) effectively suppresses stray light, realizing high-fidelity pattern transfer.
