Powerful 150um UV 405nm 100W Fiber Coupled Laser Module for UV Curing
BU-LASER launches this industrial-grade 405nm 100W fiber-coupled UV laser diode module, a high-brightness continuous-wave ultraviolet light source specially optimized for high-speed industrial UV curing production lines. Adopting multi-emitter UV laser diodes, high-efficiency space optical coupling structure, non-detachable integrated bundled fiber and built-in constant current driver with comprehensive safety protection. It supports built-in analog modulation and RS485 communication, delivering stable 100W fiber output power, outstanding spectral purity and reliable long-run performance, ideal for web coating curing, adhesive bonding, resin curing, ink curing and precision continuous manufacturing processes.
405nm ±5nm near-UV wavelength matches the absorption peak of widely used photoinitiators in UV resins, adhesives, coatings and printing inks.
Effectively suppresses oxygen inhibition to achieve complete surface curing, eliminating sticky residual surfaces;
Narrow spectral linewidth ≤4nm FWHM, no redundant stray light, reduces substrate thermal deformation caused by broadband heat radiation;
Suitable for transparent resin, colored coating, optical adhesive (OCA) and low-shrinkage industrial curing materials.
Genuine 100W CW optical power at fiber end with 0–100W stepless power adjustment. Compared with low-power 20–60W UV laser modules, it enables higher conveyor speeds (20–80 mm/s) and supports wider curing zones and thicker coating layers.
Built-in constant current driving scheme for stable long-term operation, suitable for continuous batch curing production. Consistent UV energy output helps maintain stable curing quality within production batches.
Adopts integrated bundled UV low-OH multimode silica fiber, single unit fiber core 150μm (bundle configuration), with anti-UV aging cladding. Features low transmission loss even under long-duration high-power UV irradiation;
Non-detachable integrated bundled fiber design. Optimized bundle arrangement realizes superior near-field energy uniformity after beam shaping; no power loss risks brought by repeated plugging;
Standard fiber length 2m, customizable from 1–15m with UV-resistant anti-kink metal sleeve. The laser host and curing head can be separately arranged to reduce heat transfer to workpieces.
Matched with external homogenizing optics, it generates ideal flat-top uniform illumination for strip or planar continuous curing.
Equipped with integrated high-flow circulating water cooling system, designed for high heat load of 100W full-power continuous output.
Efficient heat dissipation stabilizes laser operating temperature under full load, restraining power attenuation induced by heat accumulation;
G1/4 leak-proof water connectors with flow monitoring. Automatic alarm and laser interlock cut-off will activate once cooling failure is detected to protect laser chips and fiber;
Fanless zero-noise design, prevents dust accumulation, suitable for clean workshop environments. MTBF ≥10,000 hours supporting non-stop automated curing lines.
DC 24V wide input voltage (22–26V tolerance), compatible with mainstream industrial curing equipment control systems.
