BU-LASER launches this compact industrial-grade 395nm 24W bundled fiber coupled UVA diode laser module, tailored for low-to-medium speed UV curing production lines, small coating equipment, electronic adhesive bonding and desktop resin curing machines. It adopts multi-chip UVA laser diodes, high-efficiency optical coupling structure, non-detachable integrated bundled low-OH UV fiber, built-in constant current driver with multi-protection, dual control of analog modulation + PWM + RS485 Modbus communication, and built-in water cooling system. Stable 24W fiber output power, low thermal impact, excellent material penetration, ideal for UVA curing scenarios requiring compact layout and flexible light path layout.


Core Advantages for UVA Industrial Curing

1. 395nm UVA Wavelength, Wide Compatibility with Mainstream UV Formulations

395nm ±3nm long-wave UVA band, perfectly matched with absorption peak of common free-radical photoinitiators (TPO, 1173, 819) in UV ink, epoxy resin, optical adhesive and surface coating.

Strong penetration capability, fully cures dark pigmented UV glue, thick coating layers without incomplete deep curing;

Effectively suppress surface oxygen inhibition to eliminate sticky surface residue;

Lower photodegradation damage to plastic, film and thermal-sensitive substrates compared with short-wave UV;

Narrow spectral linewidth ≤5nm FWHM, no stray light, reducing substrate thermal deformation.


2. Stable 24W Bundled Fiber Output Power, Balanced Speed & Cost

Genuine 24W CW fiber output power, 0–100% stepless power adjustment via drive control. Suitable for conveyor line speed 10–50 mm/s, covering small-batch and medium-volume continuous curing.

Constant current driving design, stable long-term continuous operation, consistent UV energy output to guarantee uniform curing effect batch by batch. Lower overall power consumption, smaller cooling load, greatly reducing equipment operating cost compared with high-power UV laser sources.


3. Integrated Non-Detachable Bundled Low-OH UV Fiber, Flexible Light Layout

Adopts bundled UV-resistant low-OH multimode fiber, single fiber core 105μm, NA=0.22, ultra-low transmission loss under long-time high-power UVA irradiation;

Non-detachable integrated fiber structure, no power attenuation risk caused by repeated plugging, stable optical coupling efficiency ≥90%;

Standard fiber length 2m, customizable 1–10m with anti-kink metal protective sleeve. Separate laser host and curing head to avoid heat transfer to workpieces;

It can be matched with an external homogenizer lens to form flat-top uniform illumination for strip or planar curing.


4. Built-In Integrated Water Cooling, Stable Long-Time Operation

Equipped with compact built-in circulating water cooling system, specially designed for 24W continuous power heat load.

High-density internal flow channel quickly takes away diode heat, effectively restrain power attenuation caused by temperature rise;

G1/4 leak-proof water quick connectors with real-time water flow monitoring; automatic alarm & laser interlock cut-off when cooling failure occurs to protect laser chip and fiber;

Fanless internal structure avoids dust accumulation, fits clean workshop environment, MTBF ≥10,000 hours for uninterrupted daily production.


5. Triple Control Modes & Comprehensive Circuit Protection

DC 24V wide input voltage (22–26V tolerance), compatible with mainstream small curing equipment control systems, supporting three independent control methods:

High-frequency PWM modulation: 1kHz, 0–100% duty cycle;

Built-in analog modulation: 0–24V analog voltage linear power adjustment;

RS485 Modbus RTU communication: remote power setting, real-time operating status reading, laser switch control.

Full set of protection circuits: over-temperature, over-current, over-voltage, reverse polarity connection protection.
