High Power UV Laser 15W 375nm Fiber Coupled Diode Laser Module for LDI Technology


This 15W 375nm high-power fiber-coupled ultraviolet diode laser module is specifically developed for PCB LDI laser direct imaging processes. Its 375nm short-wavelength ultraviolet light perfectly matches the absorption spectrum of high-end dry film and IC substrate photoresists. The flexible fiber output is compatible with multi-head, large-format LDI exposure equipment, providing stable and uniform ultraviolet energy output for high-precision imaging of ultra-fine lines ranging from 20–50μm. It is widely used in HDI boards, FPC flexible circuits, and automotive PCB solder mask digital direct-write exposure.


II. Core Hardware Configuration

Fiber Optic Structure: Integrated bundled multimode fiber in a single package, non-pluggable fixed fiber, coupling efficiency ≥85%, excellent beam uniformity, compatible with galvanometers/linear scanning optical paths;


Cooling System: Built-in integrated water-cooling structure, water-cooling circulation quickly removes heat from the bundled LD, minimizing power drift during long-term continuous operation;


Protection Circuit: The entire unit integrates triple hardware protection against over-temperature, over-voltage, and over-current. Automatic power reduction and shutdown in case of abnormal temperature/voltage fluctuations prevent laser tube burnout;


Drive Control: Equipped with built-in 0–24V analog modulation, coupled with a standard RS485 industrial communication interface, supporting real-time power adjustment, status reading, and fault feedback from the host computer;


Circuit Design: Adopts a constant current drive scheme to meet the long-term continuous exposure conditions of LDI equipment.
